Day 1: 4pm Check in - 6pm 2 course vegetarian detox dinner, welcome chat and meet the other yogis - 8.30 pm Evening Yin yoga 90 minutes which will include a relaxation yoga nidra
Days 2/3: 7:00am Optional morning run - 8:30 Summer Vinyasa flow 90 minutes - 10:30 Buffet brunch - 14:00 Light lunch - 18:00 Yin Yoga - 19:30 2 course supper - 10:00 Yoga Nidra
Day 4: 7:00 am Wake up yoga - 8:30am Breakfast - 10:00am Check out
3 nights accommodation in the cattle shed
3 early evening meals of 2 courses, 2 light lunches, healthy brunch of eggs, homemade granola, fruit and yogurt (wheat and gluten free)
6 yoga classes
3 yoga nidra (meditation)

All of the rooms are of a high standard with en-suit facilities. The price per person sharing a room is £395 for 3 nights, for single occupancy £550. There is an early bird discount for payment in full before 31st March of £375pp. £100 Deposit required.
All deposits are non-refundable and your place is non transferable as the retreats are application only. Once the final balance is paid you are able to claim a refund less the deposit if you cancel 6 weeks or more before the date of the retreat.
