Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
In this transformative style of yoga we practice asana in a moving meditation, linking poses with the flow of the breath, music and yoga philosophy. A practice of effort and ease we move at a steady pace building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength and ultimately, inner stillness.
Ashtanga is the original power yoga. A systematic sequence of predetermined flowing postures linked together with the breath.
Intended to be a daily practice this powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.
Yin yoga provides balance and harmony to your active (yang) yoga practice and busy life. The class focuses on gentle yet intense long-held poses (asanas) combined with breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Yin yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body.
