Beginners Yoga

EVERY tuesday @ 8:45AM + every wednesday @ 10:00am • 60 MINUTES

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of  yoga.. Class is slower paced than other classes, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.

Vinyasa Yoga

every tuesday @ 7:15am + 6:30pm, Wednesday @ 9:00am + 7:15pm, thursday 5:30pm + 7:10pm  • 60 MINUTES

In this transformative style of yoga we practice asana in a moving meditation, linking poses with the flow of the breath, music and yoga  philosophy. A practice of effort and ease we move at a steady pace building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength and ultimately, inner stillness.  

Ashtanga Yoga

EVERY sunday @ 6pM • 90 MINUTES

Ashtanga is the original power yoga. A systematic sequence of predetermined flowing postures linked together with the breath. 

Intended to be a daily practice this powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

Yin Yoga

every thursday @ 8:30am • 60 MINUTES

Yin yoga provides balance and harmony to your active (yang) yoga practice and busy life. The class focuses on gentle yet intense long-held poses (asanas) combined with breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Yin yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body.
